Mark Goldberg has served as chair and director of several financial services associations, CEO of brokerage firms, CEO of Investment Management firms, and currently acts as an independent director on several company boards and as Senior Advisor to RA Stanger and company. For over 40 years, he has been a strong advocate for investors and the professionals who serve them—providing expert testimony before Congress and the Department of Labor, and championing a commonsense approach to effective regulation that balances investor protection with market integrity. He believes strongly in the benefits of making private market opportunities available to the investment public.
